    This raised some red flags for me too... are you talking about punishing her for saying she doesn't want to do certain things? That seems like a very bad idea to me. Even submissives have limits.     I would have to say yes to both. It is a punishment for refusing to do something which is an incentive to push her own limits and is something that we already wanted to work on. It's also a way out so she can get out of doing something that I ask of her without having to end the scenario.
