okokok enuff about infections etc for the female...

people always over look the fact that the humble penis isnt exactly "fresh" either.

blokes can get infections as well...esp if they havent been beheaded.
the smell of sweat round the balls...under the shaft ...round the eye...cos unlike women...blokes shake after peeing and not wipe themselves......

If you ask me, the way you describe it, I think Head Cheese would be more appropriate.
