    Quick idea for you. Would it be possable to make it so that if you go to save a chat, the system does not log you out when you do?

    The easiest way to prevent, until a better solution is found, is after clicking on the save chat icon on the screen do not save it directly from there. Copy and paste it into a word file and save the word file. That prevents you from getting booted and yet you still obtain the desired information.
