Good ways for homemade wrist / ankle restraints?

Ultra inexpensive.

4 Tie down extenders. (have a loop at each end.)
4 Double ended clasps or caribiner clips
2 Lengths of rope.

tie down extenders go around ankle or wrist, pass one end through the other ends loop. (ala the one around the handlebar)

the clasp or caribiner connects to the free loop.

thread the rope through the clasp or caribiner, under the bed, and through another of the caribiners, take up the slack, and tie it off. Voila!! A nice spread eagle.

Turn her/him on his belly and just connect the four clasps/caribiners to a heavy jump ring... Hogtied!! (This is less satisfying because it really can't be tautened. But positionally? Excellent!)
