I don't believe you are worrying too much caged- pins & needles & numbness are indicators of loss of circulation & possible pinched nerves.
As soon you notice that, it's time to be freed, & get the circulation going again.
A good way to tell is to press a fingernail into a finger on the affected limb & look for the skin colour- if it stays white for more than a few seconds you could certainly be doing damage.
It is very very easy to suffer permanent damage doing this sort of thing- I would urge any Dom/me or prospective Dom/me to do a comprehensive first aid course.
I have no experience with armbinders, but any bondage that involves binding the elbows needs to be done carefully. Elbows don't naturally go together behind one's back- it takes great flexibility, a young fit body and/or much practice.
Do you stretch before bondage? (there's a line for you....) That is essential.
Just take it gradually, like any form of play, eventually those elbows will get used to it. Don't push it- it's meant to be fun, eh?
I must stress these comments are only my opinion, from my experiences. I have done plenty of first aid training though & I most certainly know how easy it is to damage the human body. It can sneak up on you gradually or happen overnight.
Take care please, & don't forget to have fun!![]()
