The general rule with ass to mouth is if it's from your own ass, you can't give yourself something you already have.
I do a lot of ass to mouth, and don't always flush before hand.
The only health issue I am concerned about is not washing any toys I play with immediately afterwards.
As for what I have read and researched your own ass is the safest for this type of play.

ok. well thats what i wanted to know i think. Cause i only have done it from my own ass to mouth so i think i dont have a problem? but i should still make sure i dont have anything? right?

having never done this, i can't add anything useful, but if i were going to do it, in addition to a thorough internal cleansing, i would keep Listerine at the ready (yummy blue kind) and gargle and rinse with it immediately after...

Even if you have something, you can't give it to yourself, you already have it. So I wouldn't worry about it. If you are using a toy, then of course you're going to wash it after, you wouldn't stick it in your ass, suck on it, and then put it away. Unless you are doing that, or not bathing for days on end, then I believe you would be fine.
I have yet to be ill from ass to mouth, and I don't do a thorough internal cleaning.

lol, I brush my teeth a lot after, and use a lot of mouth wash.
FYI on the mouthwash, it will get rid of any yuckky aftertaste, but it won't kill any bacteria.
