Incorrect. The enumerated rights do not deny the existence of other rights held by the People. The Constitution's purpose is to enumerate the powers of government -- any right or power not specifically granted to the Federal Government by the Constitution is held by the People and the States.
I draw your attention to Amendments 9 & 10, respectively:
Amendment Nine: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.Marriage doesn't have to be an enumerated right in order for it to be a right held by the people.Amendment Ten: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
