Tape or tie it to her crotch and tie her thighs together.
Plug it into a wall socket type "lamp timer" (the kind that you use to turn lights on and off at 'random' times when you're not home) and make liberal use of the timer's features.

Sit down and watch a movie together.

You know those ideas Doms get and you wish they hadn't thought of them because you know you're going to suffer but that's what they want, so you shut up so they won't know how devastatingly effective the idea really is, like the cold water thing I absolutely hate and never mention in case my Master might conveniently forget about it.........
