Smiling at everyone's answers. I often get erections at work, usually when thinking of this forum or just daydreaming generally... but have I consciously thought "I know, I'll knock one off the wrist in the bathroom..."? Nope. I just have to think of something unsexy - usually an excel spreadsheet - and get on with the day.
