This was good, but I would've liked to see it either be continued in this same posting, or soon thereafter. It is not a story that should be left unfinished. After all, who is Catherine? Is she really doing this for medical research or is that just the premise behind creating her own personal milk slave? What happens to Karen? Is she ever set free or does she continue to be abused? (8/10)

This story definitely needs to be continued. And chksng isn't right about the 'braille'. There are dozens of good breast/nipple diagrams on the Internet; just check a couple out.
Edit: I've re-read the story, and while not denying the technical flaws, I think this is the best lactation story I've ever read. Just enough pseudoscience to make it semi-believable. Raised score from '8' to '10'. (10/10)

Okay, editing nits aside, this is one very interesting and hot tale of forced lactation and clear lesbian domination. I can't help but wonder what her breasts will look like when this experiment ends...if it ever ends. (7/10)

You could continue to modify her body and mind so she becomes the submisive slave the mistriss desires (9/10)

An interesting twist on the lactation story. While mostly well-written, there are several grammatical errors which jump out. Plurals do not have apostrophies, for example.
Another minor concern: all the milk in a lactating woman does not come out of the nipple: much comes out of the milk ducts in the areolae, the "braille" you feel. The suction device needs to be modified, to catch that as well.
Looking forward to see where the story goes. (6/10)
