When Chris's husband passes away Simon is offered to spend the rest of his life as her spouse as a part of the will. She is twice his age but in return she promised her late husband to make sure that this young man will get all the pleasures he could think of if he decides to stay. |

This one has its moments. The concept is good, I can't recall one quite the same as this little arrangement. What hurts it for me is all the time spent in a welter of needless financial details. That is bad enough, but then we have a series of meetings with a variety of available females that borders on being repetitious. I did see some signs way late in the story indicating that the author had at least realized that Chris should take a much more active role in the little dalliances that she arranges for her young husband to keep him interested in the proceedings. I don't know if this story was meant to end here or not, but I'm assuming it does, which determines my rating somewhat. If not, then I may revise my rating after seeing more story development. (6/10)
