Quite a well written story for the most part, I like that you took time to explore how this couple met and got together. Two things I'd suggest - the easy one first, which is that you really need to break this up into smaller paragraphs. As it is now it's quite difficult to read. Each time a new person speaks it should be on a new paragraph, and even blocks of description should be no more than around five or ten lines long.
The second one... the story feels quite rushed. The guy goes from normal husband to slave extremely rapidly, and apparently without any difficulty on his part, no conflict or confusion over what's happening. The steps in his transformation come very thick and fast, both in story terms and in the timeline of the events, and he just accepts them all and goes along. Take your time and expand on what's here and it would improve things greatly. (6/10)
