Great concepts, strong emotional empathy of the woman wanting children, but I felt the story was missing details. And it was, what, 80 years she lived? she would die of boredom! (6/10)

Bravo! A fun and entertaining tale. The premise is quite original and turns the old stories well around. Human incubator for a Dragon's egg...hmmm! (9/10)

i love the story, but it feels more like an overview than an actual story, it needs more details, how she feels, how she looks, what it's like to have a dragon egg inside her. The mythology is wonderful though. (7/10)

- Sorry, starkitten, but I think you're wrong. It's more of a fairy tale than a story and fairy tales are notoriously short on telling us about characters' feelings and looks.
Besides: how the heck should I know how it feels to have dragon egg inside? ;) But many thanks for your feedback.

This is a very good story lucy, proving that I do read others. It has a good story line and the theme is outrageous but it works for me. I do like a little myth mixed with real life because it adds spice to the mundane life. My only criticism is that in my opinion you put a little too much detail in and at one time it almost clouded over the story. You should not force your vision of a story on others, and that is the whole point of imagination. It is for that reason I will only give you 9 points, good start, good story, and good end. (9/10)

Gotta echo Jimmy's remarks on this one. This was a well crafted little tale. Clever, cute, friendly. It was almost a pastiche. There wasn't really much tension or a climax (well other than the 23850 of them)that carried a reader over. That's my only complaint. All in all, a really nice piece of work. Yours Faithfully, Michael Alexander (www.michaelalexanderstories.com) (9/10)

Cute, funny and inspired little tale. Almost --in fact it does-- reads like an adult children's tale. Should be pinned to the board as an example on how to tackle fantasy stories. Well done lits. JJ (10/10)
