It's damn easy to think all fetish clubs will be thronging with uninhibitedly kinky and glamourous people. That's the image you want to project when you've got a club, the reality in some places can be more drab even if the people who organize the nights are dedicated and honest. I've been to club nights too that never really took off and where it felt like everyone was looking at me or even getting obnoxious because the place and the number of people were too small to let you stand back comfortably from time to time, to hang around in the shadows when you did not wish to intrude.
